For a 3 star hotel everything was wonderful, I liked to be here. The venue was in a central setting close to the highway. Stopped by Starbucks to get some coffee and treats, it's next to the venue, recommend. My checkin was good. Besides, there was parking on-site.

Simple place, exceptional room, polite staff. Great area, central location just next door to Carowinds, Charlotte, great restaurants.

Accurate hotel, my first choice in Charlotte. The room was very specious and generally clean with spacious beds, and the location was unbeatable. The staff was supporting and had a few recommendations, especially about that excellent restaurant. Nice design, first-rate service in the entire venue.

The personnel was good & were eager to help. It was right by downtown, Carowinds, spectacular location overall. Cold wines and beers in the swim-up bar, handy parking place.

You'll need 15 minutes to walk to Ruby Tuesday with nice drinks. Furthermore, parking on-site was a bonus. Worth its 3 stars.
